• A big, bold, and voluptuous red with ripe berry and spice aromas, our TWO Islands Shiraz embodies both the warm, dry climate of the Barossa Valley and the brown loam-clay soils of our vineyard.Winemaking:
  After 18 months of ageing in predominantly new French oak barrels, we select only the most outstanding parcels to blend into our Reserve Shiraz.
• Try it with: Steak with chimichurri sauce, ratatouille
