This wine is made from only the best grapes from over sixty vineyards across Marlborough, encompassing Wairau and Awatere Valley sub regions. Only the best grapes are then feremented using our proprietary “house style” yeast. After fermentation, the grapes are left for two months on light lees to build texture and luscious juicy mouthful. After which it was blended together and bottled.
