Description

The adjustable brewing groups temperature, the customizable pressure profile for each key, combined with an accurate setting of the “brew ratio”, allows to brew a perfect espresso … It is not over….!

Thanks to an innovative patent and an hydraulic system consisting of 2 independent circuits able to provide a certified thermal stability, Arcadia is the first professional espresso machine (patent pending) able to prepare coffee with the drip brewing method, with the same brewing head used to brew an espresso (only available on DE display version)

Version DE PID
4 programmable coffee doses for each group in addition to a manual on/off selection and a hot water delivery control, through a cold/ Hot water mixer to minimize the consumption of energy and dispense the water at a perfect temperature.

The PID system allows the user to manage independently the temperature of each group and to obtain the best coffee even from different blends, without affecting the performance of the main boiler.

Version DE DISPLAY
In addition to all the features in the model DE PID, the version DE Display is able to optimize the 4 main beverages:
Espresso: preassure brewing profile and temperature can be customized by the software, In order to get the best olfactory and organoleptic sensation from your blend
Drip coffee brewing: allow to set 1 or more specific program to brew your blend with the drip brewing method. Automatically the group will dispense water at theoptimum preset temperature and flow rate
Tea: up to 6 dedicated programs (3 if Auto Foamer option is installed) for 2 hot water dispensers, allow to dispense the right amount of water at the correct temperature for your green tea or black tea menus.
Milk, foamer option: allow to set 3 differents programs that allow to get 3 differents milk texture and temperatures

Main technical features:
Groups controlled by thermostat: with 50W resistance to maintain a constant temperature even in conditions of maximum use.
Boiler in copper: provides excellent productivity of steam and hot water; the levels in the boiler are automatically controlled by an electronic control unit.
Heat exchangers: thanks to a system of heat exchangers fed by a hydraulic circuit separate from the boiler, the coffee is always brewed by means of a flow of cold water
Safety: double safety of the boiler guaranteed by an overtemperature thermostat and by an overpressure hydraulic valve.
Versatility: the wide working area and the unique trays allow to use cups up to 14cm high, in addition to the traditional espresso coffee cups. All Arcadia models are equipped with motorized positive displacement pump inside the machine that is directly connected to the water mains.
