Description
Winemaking:
Fermentation, winemaking, maturation and bottling of Australian grown grapes is completed in our state-of-the art winery in Sanur. Gentle pressing, minimal winemaking influence, slow fermentation, early bottling and extra maturation in the bottle allow the natural texture and spiciness of the variety to shine through in the wine.
Style: Medium-Bodied and Dry, Dry and Fruity White Wine
Colours: Medium Gold with coral hues
Nose: Full aromas of sweet spice, banana, caramel, peach and strawberries and cream
Palate:
Plump fruit covering the mid-palate and melting onto the back palate in sweet harmony, where the acidity creates restraint, line and balance. The finish is spicy, aromatic, full and complex. One glass of this wine is not enough to fully understand the complexity.
Accompaniment:
This dry South Australian Pinot Grigio is an ideal pairing with pork, seafood, salad – really whatever you want except for excessively greasy food.
Storage and presentation:
Ideally stored at 18o C or less. Higher temperature will result in faster development and shorter shelf life.
Serving: 5˚ – 8˚C.
