Description
Salmon pink in colour with a distinctive raspberry dominated red-fruit nose, its slightly acidic finish make it a “must” of your barbecues, salads, cold cuts. This is a full flavoured and yet very fragrant and fruity with a refreshing crispness.
Made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache Noir this is a free run ros‚ from the tanks after a contact time of 4-6 hours and then fermented at low temperature of between 12øC and 14øC for 16 to 20 days.
