Description
The Jim Beam Double Oak® ripens first in a flamed white oak barrel. Then fill it in another, freshly flamed white oak barrel to ripen a second time. This double contact with the oak gives the bourbon its intense and soft taste. After its four-year maturing process, the bourbon is then transferred to a second, freshly bleached American white oak barrel and matured to the perfect degree. This ripening time in the second barrel develops an even deeper aroma of intense, spicy oak and fine caramel. This flavor makes the Jim Beam Double Oak® a truly unique bourbon whiskey.
