The FC380 convection oven will prove invaluable to the small / medium snack bar and coffee shop. It brings the performance of our larger ovens to the location where space is limited. The oven will perfectly cook or reheat pastries and savouries with its fan assisted operation and the armoured heating element ensures a quick temperature heat up (up to +250 Celsius in 7 minutes).
The FC380 features a powerful fan and specific ventilation for homogeneous cooking or reheating of a variety of food from croissants, rolls and pastries to pies, pasties and ready meals. The FC380 is perfect for all your part baked goods, for example: frozen croissants just 16 min at 180’c or frozen rolls / demi baguettes just 18 min at 220C
